SOCCA AUSTRIA – Matchday Report, Oct. 5th

Fans of Socca A

Round three delivered a real headline clash:
The reigning Fans-of-Socca champion, FC Zlatix, faced the current Pro League champion, FC Sanglas – two heavy favourites going head-to-head in a dramatic encounter. Zlatix were in front for long spells, but Sanglas struck twice in stoppage time to claim a 6-5 victory. Remarkably, Sanglas played without a regular goalkeeper, fielding an outfield player between the posts – and still came out on top.

FC Nani continued their strong early-season form with a 6-3 win over Mugiwara FC and remain unbeaten alongside Sanglas.
FC Strassl celebrated their first points of the season with a 6-3 victory against Mehr Leben Soccer Team.
FC Maarif also picked up three points with a 6-3 win over Povfootball SK, while Tabularasa recorded their first win, beating FC Polnische Kickers 6-1.
Wisła Wien S.U. narrowly defeated the Ecoballers FC 2-0, and Schöpfwerk United overcame Taxi United Vienna 8-4.

After three rounds, Sanglas top the standings with three straight wins, followed by unbeaten Nani and reigning champion Zlatix.

Fans of Socca B

The goal-fest continued in Fans B:
The top trio – FC BÖJ, Trezor Kickerz and the Persepolis Ballers – all kept their perfect records alive.

FC BÖJ powered past previously strong FC DIETZEL with a convincing 7-2 win.
Trezor Kickerz came out on top 8-4 against BÖRÜ S.K., while the Persepolis Ballers sent another strong signal of their title ambitions by thrashing FSC Vienna United 13-1.

The most spectacular scoreline of the weekend came from Karthago FC, who recorded an astonishing 23-0 victory over FC Anka Vienna.
Other winners included Triowls (6-0 vs FSC Torpedo Korneuburg), Imperio Ottoman (6-3 vs Fc Gurbet) and Fc Luggat (11-3 vs Ayyildiz FC).

After three rounds, BÖJ, Trezor Kickerz and Persepolis Ballers remain unbeaten at the top.
