Season Kick-Off 2025/26 – Fans of Socca A and B

Fans of Socca A

The second season of Fans of Socca A kicked off with top-level encounters right from the start. Due to the restructuring of the Pro League, several renowned teams are now also competing in the Fans division, creating true highlights even in the early stages of the season.

Particular attention was paid to the debut of the Ecoballers led by Dominic Thiem. Despite a clear defeat against Mehr Leben Soccer Team, they showed promising moments – especially Thiem impressed with his fine ball control and technique. The young team is expected to gain strength as the season progresses.

The favorites made strong statements:

FC Sanglas opened with a dominant 11:1 against Schöpfwerk United.

Defending champion FC Zlatix celebrated a 9:6 win in a goal-rich clash with the Polnische Kickers.

Mehr Leben Soccer Team impressed with an 8:1 win against the Ecoballers.

FC Maarif, Wisła Wien S.U., FC Nani, and Mugiwara FC also secured their first victories.

The standings after matchday one already show a wide-open top, and it is clear: Fans A will be even more competitive and thrilling than in its inaugural season.

Fans of Socca B

Fans of Socca B also entered its second season – with a remarkable number of new teams making their debut and adding fresh dynamics to the league.

FC BÖJ had a dream start, taking the top of the table with a 9:0 victory. Close behind are the Trezor Kickerz and BÖRÜ S.K., both showcasing attacking football.

The spotlight, however, was on the Persepolis Ballers: after their triumph at the Ready For Socca event, they confirmed their form in the league with another victory and left a strong impression. Their ambitions for the season were made unmistakably clear.

Karthago FC, Triowls, and FC Dietzel also started with wins, underlining that the level in this division has further increased. For the remaining teams, including familiar names like FSC Vienna United, Ayyildiz FC, or Torpedo Korneuburg, the opening weekend brought no points – but the first matchday already showed how competitive and balanced this league is.

Conclusion

The season opener highlighted once again how vibrant small-sided football has become in Vienna. Fans of Socca A benefits from the integration of Pro League teams and already features major clashes. Fans of Socca B, with its many newcomers, presents a fresh and exciting picture.

We can look forward to an intense and varied season where every point will matter in both A and B.
