Matchday Report – Socca Austria (April 6, 2025)

Following the motto "PRO LEAGUE IS BACK", the Socca League matchday began on April 6th in freezing temperatures.

Pro League:

⚽ In the opening match of the round, FK Bacishta overwhelmed their opponents Chile FC 14-4. Berkin Gürünlü was man of the match with 10 goals and almost single-handedly defeated the opponent. Chile FC struggled at times and showed fighting spirit until the end.

⚽ In the match between FC Nani and FC Zukunft, which featured new faces, the game was open in the first half. However, the duo Florenz Veseli and Valdet Jakupi settled everything in the second half and made things clear.

⚽ Srbija United could not field a team at short notice in the top match against Sanglas and conceded the match on the draw.

Fans of Socca A:

⚽ The top match of the week between Tabularasa and FC Strassl produced a surprising result. Not because of the league leaders' first defeat, but rather the magnitude of the defeat. With three goals, Karol Czajkowski played a significant role in Tabularasa's victory, which has made the top group exciting again.

⚽ FC Zaltix is the new league leader. They rolled over FC Power 15-4 in this match and took the lead for the first time this season.

⚽ Club de Futbol is now only a shadow of its former self. They have lost three of their last four matches. Here, too, they suffered a resounding defeat 1-12. Band Amir has won all of its games since the new takeover, with the exception of the league leaders.

⚽ Mugiwara FC had an easy game against the newly formed FC Al-Wahda team. The final result was an 8:2 thumping victory. The fact that the eight goals were scored by five different players demonstrates the team's versatility.

⚽ At the end of the matchday, FC Maarif surprisingly overwhelmed the Triwols 9:3. Talha Kankural scored a hat trick. The Triwols are in a serious crisis, having lost four of their last five matches.

Fans of Socca B:

⚽ Povfootball SK played a hard-fought game against FSC Torpedo, ultimately emerging victorious 10-4. With six goals and some impressive moves, veteran Turan Cihan played a significant role in the visiting team's victory. Nevertheless, Torpedo showed team spirit and fought tirelessly.

⚽ Taxi United suffered its first defeat in four matches, losing to Wiesla Vienna. At the beginning of the second half, Wisla Vienna turned things around and unleashed a triple blow. Taxi United never recovered, ultimately managing to pull back to make it 5-6, the final score.

⚽ Karthago FC secures a surprisingly high victory against Vienna United. The score only became clear in the final minutes, winning 5-1. FSC Vienna was able to keep the game open until two minutes before the end.

CONCLUSION:

The Pro League saw wins by favorites. It remains to be seen how the coming weeks unfold. The rescheduled match between FC Sanglas and Srbija United is also scheduled for April 27th. In the Fans of Socca A, there's a thrilling four-way battle. FC Zlatix is currently leading the table. The Fans of Socca B match is more than exciting. All teams have already suffered at least one defeat, which demonstrates the balance. It remains to be seen whether any favorites emerge after the rescheduled matches!
